Colin specialises in the sales of exclusive homes and development land, however maintains an active role in all aspects of the business.

Stephen Hibbert - Partner

Having gained over 15 years experience within the Hertford market providing him with an invaluable knowledge, Stephen assists in the running of the business, is one of our senior valuers and has extensive experience in the sale of development land and new homes.

Ami Hayward – Lettings Partner

Ami has a city background in lettings and has over 12 years experience in the industry, She is a competent administrator and is fully compliant in a the latest legislation. She is blue chip trained and has a vested interest in the business.

Sam Collins – Sales Manager

Sam started with Steven Oates over ten years ago and has progressed to being recognised as one of the best local estate agents and assist in our sales department. Sam’s extensive experience helps him manage our new sales and is an experienced valuer.

Aymen Mekni – Senior Sales Negotiator

Having started his career in estate agency some seven years ago, Aymen has been an integral part of office since joining the team. His experience within the local house market extends to investment properties, land acquisition and block management. He brings a very honest, straight forward and professional approach to the business.

Jane has given us 6 years of commitment working part time, until recently when Jayne joined us full-time. Jayne helps provide our clients with a friendly, informative service.
